About me

About

I’ve always had an interest in human psychology

After a 20-year career as an editor in publishing, I decided to pursue my long-held ambition to become a psychotherapist. As a lover of books, I have always valued people’s stories and the power of relating our narrative to another person.

I began my training in 2011 and have never looked back. As a fully qualified psychotherapist I have experience working with adults of all ages and life stages. My interests include attachment and relational issues, unresolved trauma, grief and loss.

When not working, I can often be found in the West Oxfordshire countryside walking my dog, Margot.

I think you were really skilled at being able to gently offer small suggestions for me to think about which I would then be able to process throughout the week and I felt like I came to some interesting realisations that way.
